This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate.

The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:

"The Petitioner, therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court be graciously pleased to issue Rule Nisi calling upon the Opposite Parties to show cause as to why:

i) A writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/writs shall not be issued directing the Opposite parties to consider the representation filed by the Petitioner under Annexure-5.

ii) If the Opposite Party fail to show cause or show insufficient cause the said rule be made absolute. iii) And/or pass any other order(s)/direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and proper"

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Petitioner has filed a representation before the Opposite party No.1

// 2 // ventilating his grievance on 02.02.2022 under Annexure-5. It is further submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the said representation is pending consideration as of now. Learned counsel for the Petitioner also submits that a suitable direction may be issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Learned Additional Government Advocate on the other hand submits that he has no objection if a direction is issued to the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 within a stipulated period of time in accordance with law.

Considering the limited nature of grievance of the Petitioner the present writ application is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to Opposite party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 is also directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner in accordance with law and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned and speaking order. The decision so taken on the representation of the Petitioner shall be communicated to the Petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid observation the writ application stands disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
