1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 18th March, 2019 in connection with Tangi P.S. Case No.274/2018 corresponding to G.R. Case No.341/2018 pending in the court of learned NGN-cum-JMFC., Tangi for the alleged commission of the offence under Section 305 of I.P.C. read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

4. It is submitted that there is no material against the Petitioner and that he was implicated in the case on the statement of the co-accused.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention in custody and the fact that similarly placed co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per orders passed by this Court in BLAPL Nos.3870/2019 and 1678/ 2020, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
