and the petitioner. From the material filed along with the writ petition, this Court finds the party has already invoked the conditions in the agreement for recovery, a process is being undertaken by sole Arbitrator. In the circumstance and for the development already taken place, this Court has no jurisdiction to interfere in the matter at this stage. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
