Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. Order No.
2.
For having efficacious remedy under the Grama Panchayat Act, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail other remedy available for the purpose. For the opinion of this Court, grounds raised herein can very well be agitated by way of other proceeding and also be adjudicated by the competent authority. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn but, however, with liberty as prayed for. (Biswanath Rath) Judge Sks
