2. This application under Section 407 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the accused-petitioners for transfer of I.C.C. No.3860 of 2014 from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar to the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili.

3. This TRP (CRL) has been filed in the year 2015 and no interim order has been passed till date. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he has no instruction in the matter.

4. Considering the fact that the matter is pending since 2015, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the transfer petition pending. So, the TRP (CRL) is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioners to approach this Court in case any cause of action still survives.

5. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules. .........................
