During pendency of this Writ Petition, Opposite Party No.1 has expired on 06.08.2018. When the matter was listed on 04.05.2022, learned Additional Government Advocate sought time to take steps for substitution. Thereafter, the matter was listed on 20.06.2022, the learned State Counsel also sought time to comply with the Order dated 04.05.2022. But, no step has been taken by the learned State Counsel till date.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant further adjournment.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed for non-compliance of the Orders dated 04.05.2022 and 20.06.2022.
