This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause of the bail application in Court today.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the ABLAPL No.2575 of 2022 was disposed of by order dated 16.08.2022 but the case number has been wrongly mentioned as "G.R. Case No.54 of 2022" instead of "G.R. Case No.55 of 2022", which mistake also appears in the cause title of the bail application. 5.

Accordingly, it is directed that in paragraph-6 of the order

// 2 // dated 16.08.2022 it be mentioned as "G.R. Case No.55 of 2022" in place of "G.R. Case No.54 of 2022, rest part of the order remaining the same.

Four weeks' further time from today is extended for the petitioner to surrender before the learned court below, vide order dated 16.08.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.2575 of 2022, but subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 7.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
