The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to conclude Demarcation Case No.5 of 2022 pending before the Tahasildar, Kishannagar.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate, on instruction, submits that notices have been issued to the Petitioner as well as boundary tenants to appear before the Tahasildar, Kishannagar on 22nd April, 2022 for demarcation of the land in question.

In that view of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahasildar, Kishannagar-Opposite Party No.3 to make an endeavour to demarcate the land either on the date fixed or on the subsequent date not later than fifteen days therefrom and dispose of Demarcation Case No.5 of 2022 giving opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner as well as parties concerned. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
