Heard Mr. G.C. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to release outstanding dues to the tune of Rs.8,28,846.38 as well as with 10% interest within a stipulated time.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.2-ESSAR Projects (India) Ltd. ESSAR Steel Limited Project, Jagatsinghpur vide Annexure-5 series, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.
Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the record, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.2 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-5 series and pass appropriate
order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. 6.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
