1. Considering that the sanction has been granted by the Addl. CI, Range-1, Bhubaneswar in view of the reasons mentioned in the order dated 24th January, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.20919 of 2021 (M/s. Ambika Iron and Steel Pvt. Ltd. V. Principal Commissioner of Income Tax and others) and batch of cases, the impugned notice is quashed.

2. The writ petition is disposed of.
