Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not made any written complain involving the issue to the Competent Authority as of now. This Court finds, the Writ Petition is a direct move to High Court. Such a Writ Petition is not maintainable and stands permitted to be withdrawn. However, this Court authorizes the Petitioner to make an approach to the Competent Authority, which shall do the needful in accordance with law but however involving the Parties likely to be affected.
