The petitioner in the writ petition though does not refer to any specific rule or any statute or guideline regarding the grievance raised in the writ petition; it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that Annexure-6 in the writ petition has been made to the District Education Officer, Cuttack to take action in accordance with law. Perusal of Annexure-6 indicates that it does not refer to any statute or any guideline.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition to move the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances by making appropriate representation. The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
