This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Perused the letter dated 02.01.2023, it appears that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Champua has prayed for two months more time to conclude the trial.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on the other hand, submits that the charge-sheeted witnesses have already been examined only the Investigating Officer is to be examined in this case. 4.
Considering the submissions, this Court directs that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Champua to conclude the trial within a period of six weeks hence. Further, to ensure the appearance of the Investigating officer, steps be taken through the concerned Superintendent of Police.
