1. The Petitioner's representation (Annexure-2 series) shall be examined by the Collector, Cuttack (Opposite Party No.3) and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 2nd May, 2022 and communicated to the Petitioner not later than 9th May, 2022. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
