This matter is taken up by virtual/physical mode. 1.

Mr. P.K. Mohanty, Additional Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit dated 24th September, 2022 of Ms. Aishwarya Samantary, Tahasildar, In charge Tangi, Dist- Khurda, which is taken on record.

Para-3 of the counter affidavit reads as under:- " That, for non-compliance of order dated 23rd April, 2021 the above stated Contempt Petition was filed. In the mean time the Tahasildar by virtue of letter dated 2nd June, 2022 was pleased to issue letter to the Senior Divisional Engineer (Headquarter) East Coast Railway, Khurda Road regarding issue of 'R' form by this Tahasildar and return of the same by the petitioner stating therein that inspite of much effort from both the sides, the letter dated 28th December, 2011 under reference or so called 'R' form and any reference of issue and return of such forms could not be known and related documents also could not be traceable.

// 2 // Therefore, the Senior Divisional Engineer was requested to furnish copy of the said letter or related documents thereof for further inquiries at the end of Tahasildar. In the said letter the Tahasildar also requested regarding closure of contract of the Railways with the MD of Kukumina Constructions Pvt. Ltd., on the basis of this information. Therefore, the direction of this Hon'ble Court has been complied."
