1. It appears that the Tahasildar, Begunia has already issued notices on 17th January, 2022 to the son of the present Petitioner as regards the demarcation of the boundary wall. Therefore, this petition involves a private dispute and is not in the nature of a Public Interest Litigation, as it is projected to be. It will be open to the Petitioner to participate in the above proceedings before the Tahasildar.
