The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Authority under the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 (for short 'the Act') to cause an enquiry and initiate a ceiling proceeding against Opposite Party Nos. 9 and 10 under the Act.

In course of hearing, Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition. 4.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
