This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition claiming to be a beneficiary under Odisha Bhoodan and Gramdan Act, 1970 (for short, 'the Act') prays for a direction to issue ROR in her name in respect of land bearing Plot No.70 to an extent of Ac.0.12 decimals under Hal Khata No.469 in Mouza-Khannagar under Nilagiri Tahasil in the district of Balasore (for short, 'the case land').

3. Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that let the Petitioner files an application before the Tahasildar, Nilagiri-Opposite Party No.6, who will consider her case in accordance with law.

4. In view of the above, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner makes an application to the Tahasildar, Nilagiri - Opposite Party No.6 for redressal of her grievances with regard to settlement of the case land under the provisions of the Act

// 2 // within a period of two weeks hence, he shall do well to consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such application along with an certified copy of this order.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
