This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

This is an application for extension of time to surrender in the Court below as per order dated 10.03.2022. After hearing the learned counsel for the respective parties and taking into account the grounds taken in the interim application, I am inclined to extend the surrender period till 08.07.2022. It is made clear that no further extension shall be granted to the petitioner. The rest part of the order dated 10.03.2022 shall remain unaltered.

Accordingly, the I.A. is disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
