Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner Order No.

and submits, his client prays for direction upon opposite party-bank to extend one time settlement facility for closing the loan account. He submits further, some money has been repaid and the balance will be repaid by his client within six months from date. 2.

In view of petitioner's prayer, direction for issuance of notice is not necessary. The bank may consider petitioner's representation dated 15th December, 2021 and inform him of its decision, within two weeks of communication.

The writ petition is disposed of.
