1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2022 in connection with Nayagarh P.S. Case No.14 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.74 of 2022 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Nayagarh for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 457/381 of IPC.
4. Considering the fact that the article which is in possession of the petitioner i.e. Bhanga has already been seized and the petitioner has spent more than 1 and half month in custody by now. I am inclined to allow prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
6. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
