4. 1. This matter is taken up by hybrid mode.

2. The writ petition was filed inter alia, praying for payment of arrear salary of the petitioner who is working as Headmaster, Srimaa Nodal Bidyapitha for fixing of his pay w.e.f. 28.5.2015 and for release of the same.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file it afresh for any surviving/further cause of action within sixty days.

4. As prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
