Heard Mr. Subudhi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.
According to Mr. Subudhi, the sole prayer of the petitioner in this case is for a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to dispose of the ICC Case No.3757 of 2017 pending before him filed by the petitioner within a stipulated time period. 4.
Considering the innocuous nature of prayer made, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Bhubaneswar to make all endeavours to dispose of the above noted case in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other impediment. 5.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
