None appears for the petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 29.09.2022. A perusal of record would go to indicate that the defects as pointed out by the SR has not yet been removed, even after more than six years of filing of this present CRLMC. Further, the present status of the original case has not been apprised to this Court in terms of order passed on 29.09.2022.

It, therefore, presupposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
