On the last occasion, there was a direction for physical presence of the petitioner. Today, wife of petitioner appeared through virtual mode and she claimed that the petitioner had engaged Ms. Priyanka Mohapatra, Advocate. Mr. S. Samal, who also claims to appear on behalf of the petitioner, submits no objection.

A memo is filed by the learned counsel Ms. Priyanka Mohapatra appearing for the petitioner to withdraw the case with a liberty granted to file a better application which is allowed. The memo be kept on record.
