1. The Petitioner's representation dated 7th January, 2022 (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Collector, Puri (Opposite Party No.2) and after issuing notice to the Petitioner and giving him an opportunity of hearing, a reasoned order be passed not later than 1st August, 2022 and the said order shall be made available to him not later than 8th August, 2022. If the Petitioner is aggrieved by such decision, it will be open to him to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
