This application has been filed by the petitioners under Section 407 of Cr.P.C. for transfer of G.R. Case No.445 of 2012, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Balangir to the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Kendrapara.

Notice had been issued to opposite party No.2 by registered post by order dated 20.04.2015 and further proceedings had been stayed. Thereafter vide order dated 06.11.2015, interim order passed earlier has been vacated.

In view of the fact that the G.R. Case is of the year 2012, it is presumed that trial in the case must be over, for which the TRP (CRL) is dismissed, as infructuous.
