This writ petition involves the following prayer: "

Therefore, it is prayed before your lordships would graciously be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or any other writs, orders, directions directing the OP No.1 and 2 to pay the FD and SB amount to the Petitioner and direct OP No.5 and 6 to take action against OP No.1 and 2 as per law pass and any other orders deem fit and proper."

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court finds, on the selfsame issue the Petitioner has already made a request to the Senior Superintendent Postal, Puri - O.P.5 and basing on submission of such complaint it appears

// 2 // through page 20 of the brief that the competent authority has already directed for investigation and necessary action at his end by issuing such correspondence only on 02.03.2022. Considering the stage of the matter and as the allegation of the Petitioner is already in investigation stage, this writ petition is not entertainable presently for being premature one. However in disposal of the writ petition this Court observes, the Opposite Party Nos.5 & 6 shall do well in completing the investigation on the allegation of the Petitioner and do the needful at least within two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner.

Let a copy of the brief be served on Mr. Gochhayat, learned Central Government Counsel for necessary communication. 4.
