Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client's account was frozen. Prayer in the writ petition is for direction to enable operation of the account. Mr. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party no.1 and submits, he has instruction that under memo dated 22nd March, 2022, issued by opposite party no.1, Branch Manager of Punjab National Bank, Erasama Branch was advised to allow operation in the account. 2.

Court is not inclined to direct issuance of notice on opposite party no.2 being Manager, Punjab National Bank, Erasama Branch, Jagatsinghpur. This is because clear instruction has been issued by opposite party no.1 for allowing operation in account no.0577010107105 standing in name of petitioner. Petitioner must,
