Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to take decisions of termination of contract dated 07.02.2022 & 19.02.2022 under Annexures-9 & 11 respectively and further seeks direction to the opposite parties to allow the petitioner to complete the work in providing litigation free site by extending further EoT as per terms of contract. 4.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already made representation before the opposite party no.4Superintending Engineer, Rural Works Division, Jajpur vide Annexure-12, and the same may be directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time. 5.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-12 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
