This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard Mr. K.S. Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Miss S. Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the Opposite Parties.

The petitioner is stated to have filed a representation vide Annexure-9 before the Block Development Officer, Riamal, (Opposite Party No.3) for redressal of his grievance. The said representation is stated to be still pending. 4.

Taking into account the limited grievance of the petitioner, it is directed that the BDO, Riamal-Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of the

certified copy of this order of this Court, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The petitioner is directed to supply the copy of the writ petition containing all the annexures to the Block Development Officer, Riamal, (Opposite Party No.3) along with a certified copy of this order for convenience and reference to Annexure-9. 6.

With such direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
