This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Petitioners in this writ petition pray for a direction for early disposal of RP No.911 of 2018 stated to be pending before the Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2.

On perusal of the writ petition, it appears that there is no material to ascertain the status of 911 of 2018 stated to be pending before Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2.

In that view of the matter, this Court is not in a position to entertain the prayer made in this writ petition. It is, however, observed that in the event the Petitioners file an application for early disposal of RP No. 911 of 2018 stated to be pending before Commissioner, Land Records and Settlement, Odisha, Cuttack-Opposite Party No.2, stating the grounds therein, he may consider the same and proceed with the matter in accordance with law.
