2. The Petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the action of the Opposite Parties in imposing tax and penalty in respect of the vehicle bearing registration number OR-11-D-4455 without giving an opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and the submissions made, especially the fact that the certificate proceeding has already been initiated, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition at this stage.
