This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement (virtual/physical) mode.

This is application for modification of order dated 25.02.2022 passed in ABLAPL No.2947 of 2020.

Considering the submission made and on going through the averments taken in the Petition; the order dated 25.02.2022 stands modified to the extent that in the 7th line of paragraph-2 of the order, the "ICC Case No.18 of 2020" be substituted by "Banpur P.S. Case No.71 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.100 of 2020".

Necessary correction is carried out in the order accordingly.

In view of the above correction, the date fixed for surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin of the case be extended by two weeks more with effect from today. 3.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
