Considering the submission of learned counsel for Petitioner, looking to the development taken place involving the Election involved herein and as the result of such Election has already been declared in the meantime, this Court directs, in the event the Petitioner had submitted the objection in due time before the competent authority and in the event there is already consideration of the objection of the Petitioner, result of the same shall be communicated to the Petitioner at least within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. Depending on such outcome it is also open
