The Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the Orders dated 26.11.2014 and 06.05.2015 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in C.P. No.61 of 2012 (arising out of O.A. No.44 of 1997).
