I.A. No.899 of 2022 04.

1. This is an application for modification of the order dated 18.04.2022 passed in CRLMC No.686 of 2022.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned A.S.C. for the State-Opposite Party.

3. Certified copy of the order dated 02.09.2014 passed by this Court in BLAPL No.1985 of 2014 as produced by the counsel for the Petitioners is kept on record.

4. Going through the said order, it reveals that the Petitioner No.2-Sairendri Sahoo and Petitioner No.4-Rashmita Sahoo@Susmita Sahoo were released on anticipatory bail by this Court.

5. As such, order dated 18.04.2022 is modified to the extent that, in the event the above-named Petitioner Nos.2 and 4 surrender before the learned S.D.J.M., Rairakhol on or before 6th June, 2022 and move for bail, they shall be released on bail in

connection with G.R. Case No.11/2014 on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter.

Further, the time period in respect of Petitioner Nos.1 and 7 is extended till 6th June, 2022.

The rest part of order dated 18.4.2022 remains unaltered.

6. The I.A. is disposed of.
