Heard Mr. P.K. Satapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking direction to opposite party No.3-Land Acquisition Officer-cum-Competent Authority, Jharsuguda, N.H. 200 to demarcate the acquired land from Khata No.1261/899, Plot No.2002/9621, area Ac.0.140 dec, corresponding to Settlement Plot No.2002, Khata No.632 of Mouza-Belpahar through an Amin Commissioner before disbursement of the award or refer the matter to the competent Civil Court of original jurisdiction for determination of the entitlement of the claimants over the land acquisition award amount.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioners have made a representation to opposite party no.3 vide Annexure-1 and the same may be directed to be considered within a stipulated time, to
which learned counsel for the State has no objection. 5.
As agreed to by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party No.3 to consider the representation filed by the petitioners vide Annexure1, and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production/communication of certified copy this order. 6.
