2. By means of this petition, the petitioner seeks to quash the impugned order on the ground that a false case has been instituted against the Petitioner. No other case is made out. On the contrary, there are materials appearing on the case record to make out the case against the accused as alleged. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

3. Accordingly, this CRLMC is dismissed.
