1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a limited prayer to direct the Opposite Parties to consider his Representation dated 29.09.2015, as at Annexure-4 vide which a prayer had been made way back in the year 2015 for cancellation of his transfer Order and to transfer him to any Branch of the Bank in Dhenkanal Town.

3. Admittedly, earlier the Petitioner had approached this Court in W.P.(C) No. 8560 of 2014 which was disposed of on 10.07.2015 directing the Authority to consider the Representation of the Petitioner which was

// 2 // rejected vide Order dated 07.09.2015, as at Annexure3. But the said rejection Order has not been challenged in the present Writ Petition. Though I.A. No. 6675 of 2018 was filed on 04.05.2015 for stay of operation of the said rejection Order dated 07.09.2015, as at Annexure-3, the same has not been moved till date.

4. Learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties-Bank brings to the notice of this Court by filing the photocopy of the Final Order dated 13.09.2021, vide which the Petitioner was dismissed from service for his unauthorized absence from duty w.e.f. 14.05.2013, which be kept on record.

5. In view of such admitted facts on record, so also submission made by learned Counsel for the Opposite Parties, the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
