Heard Mr. P.P. Mohanty, learned Additional Government Advocate and Mr. D. Mohanty, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties. 3.

Learned counsel for both the parties stated that the issue involved in this case is similar to W.P.(C) Nos.38415, 38418, 38432, 38634, 38635, 38638 and 38821 of 2020, which have been disposed of vide order dated 05.02.2021.

Therefore, this writ petition may be disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in the aforesaid cases.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 05.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) Nos.38415, 38418, 38432, 38634, 38635, 38638 and 38821 of 2020.
