Heard Ms. A. Pal, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Zafarulla, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.

On instruction, Mr. Zafarulla submits that on completion of investigation in connection with Cantonment P.S. Case No.116 dated 03.10.2021 registered for commission of offences under Sections 468/471/406/34 I.P.C., Final Report No.149 dated 07.12.2021 has already been filed before the jurisdictional court and he undertakes to serve a copy of the same on Ms. Pal within three working days.
