1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner has filed the writ petition challenging the action of the Collector, Nabarangpur, Dist. Nabarangpur, wherein without verifying the record of certificate, he has served show cause notice on the petitioner. Responding to such allegation, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 24.02.2022, the Deputy Controller of Examinations, Council of Higher Secondary Education, Odisha (CHSC), Bhubaneswar has unambiguously clarified that the mark sheet produced by the petitioner was found to be fake since it does not run in consonance with the consolidated mark sheet, which is present in the council office and accordingly show cause was issued.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that since 7 days time was granted to reply the show cause, he wanted some more days, which at minimum be 15 days, to reply. Accordingly, he filed representations before the Block Education Officer, Umerkote Block, Umerkote and also the District Education Officer, Nabarangpur, Dist. Nabarangpur. The representations under

// 2 // Annexure-4 (series) are pending before the opposite party nos. 4 and 5, respectively.

4. Let the said representations be disposed of within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of presentation of this order.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
