This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned counsel for Opposite Party No.2 and the learned State Counsel. 3.

Perused the petition for compromise executed by the parties before the Permanent & Continuous Lok Adalat dated 10.02.2022 and the counter affidavit filed by Opposite Party No.2 inter alia indicating that the matter has been settled with intervention of well wishers of both the parties. 4.

Taking into account the materials on record and in view of the principle laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Parbatbhai Aahir @ Parbatbhai Bhimsinhbhai Karmur and Ors. Vrs. The State of Gujarat and Anr.; reported in AIR 2017 SC 4843, the proceeding in connection with C.T. Case No. 103 of

2016 arising out of Baramba P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016, on the file of learned Presiding Officer, Special Court, SC & ST( PoA) Act, Cuttack, stands quashed in respect of the Petitioners in exercise of power under Section 482 Cr.P.C.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands disposed of.
