This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This CRLMC application has been filed by the petitioner under section 482 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Subalaya P.S. Case No.90 dated 30.08.2021 registered under sections 468/471/420 of the Indian Penal Code which corresponds to G.R. Case No.383 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Biramaharajpur.

As per order dated 01.11.2022, learned counsel for

// 2 // the State on instruction submitted that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted against the petitioner under sections 468/471/420 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the lis pendens development, this CRLMC is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of taking cognizance, if so advised before the appropriate forum.

Interim order dated 05.05.2022 passed in I.A. No.553 of 2022 stands vacated.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
