1. This matter is taken up through virtual/physical mode.

The defaulting borrower has challenged the auction sale of the mortgaged property fixed for 25.03.2022 offered as collateral security for securing a loan from UCO Bank, Ganeshwarpur Industrial Estate Branch, Balasore. The principal challenge is that the mandatory thirty days personal notice has not been issued.

At the time of hearing, it is conceded by the parties that the present writ petition has become infructuous as the E-auction to be held on 25.03.2022 had failed due to lack of any intending bidders.

In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
