Learned counsel for the State on instruction submitted that in the meantime, on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted but the petitioners have not been charge sheeted.

In view of such submission, since there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners the ABLAPL is disposed of.

Interim order dated 22.03.2021 stands vacated. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
