This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the writ petition has been disposed of by order dated 23.03.2022 wherein the date of regular Staff Nurse wrongly mentioned as "02.08.2014" instead of "02.08.2004", which mistake also appears in the writ petition. Hence, modification has been prayed for. 4.

Accordingly, it is directed that in 3rd line of paragraph-3 of the order dated 23.03.2022 the date be mentioned as "02.08.2004" in place of "02.08.2014" and three weeks time is extended to file a fresh and comprehensive representation, rest part of the order remaining the same.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
