Heard Mr. Y. Parekh, learned counsel for the petitioners. 3.

The petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking to quash the termination of contract, vide impugned letter dated 28.02.2022 issued by the opposite party no.2 at Annexure-1, with effect from 28.02.2022. 4.

Since the petitioners are aggrieved by the termination of contract itself, they should have approached the appropriate forum, instead of approaching this Court to adjudicate the same under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. This Court, in exercise of the power of judicial review, cannot examine whether the termination is good or bad and if at all the termination is bad the compensation is to be awarded or not. 5.
