This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners as well as learned counsel for the State. Perused the record.

The short grievance of the Petitioners in the present writ petition is that although the Petitioners have filed a representation before the Collector and District Magistrate, Jajpur on 02.08.2021, the same has not been considered and disposed of as of now. 4.
In such view of the matter, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court disposes of the case with a direction to the Collector and District Magistrate, Jajpur-Opposite Party No.3 to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioners dated 02.08.2021, if any, within a period of two months from the date of production of authenticated copy of this order in accordance with law. It is needless to mention here that the Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to consider and dispose of the representation of the Petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order strictly in accordance with law. The decision so taken on the same shall be
// 2 // communicated to the Petitioners within a period of two weeks thereafter.

With the aforesaid direction/observation, this writ petition stands disposed of.
